Katarina Mijuk is a qualified attorney with extensive experience in commercial law and energy law, authorized to provide legal assistance, give legal advice and represent both natural and legal entities before institutions and courts.

Many years of experience in representing the largest state-owned company before domestic and foreign courts distinguishes Mijuk law office as unique and specialized in advising and representing clients in various dispute situations.

Katarina represents her clients in civil and administrative proceedings, defends them in criminal, misdemeanor, commercial and disciplinary proceedings, mediates, advises and provides all other types of legal assistance in the realization and protection of their freedom, rights and interests.

Career

Years of professional experience

She began her professional career as an intern and then as a law clerk at the Commercial Court in Belgrade and the Commercial Court of Appeal, where she developed her professional skills in the field of commercial law by handling court cases.

She joined “JP Elektroprivreda Srbije”, where she actively participated in the establishment of the representation sector and managed the representation matters. She created a team that successfully represented “JP EPS” for many years in tens of thousands of cases before domestic and foreign courts and arbitration tribunals.

In May 2023, she was appointed Executive Director for Corporate Affairs of “JP Elektroprivreda Srbije”, where she made important decisions regarding strategies in the field of corporate and energy law, managed human resources matters, integrated management systems, information and communication technologies and legal matters.

From August 2022 to the end of 2023, she organized and managed the areas of urban planning, inspection, real estate law and administrative law as head of the city administration.
